Here’s how you can get connected to Wi-Fi in just a few simple steps. Remember don’t forget, you can use delta.com to handle all your flight needs while you’re up in the air.

  • First, go to your device settings and open them up.
  • Then, switch on Airplane Mode and turn on your Wi-Fi.
  • Look for the Delta Wi-Fi Network and connect to it.
  • If the sign-in page doesn’t pop up, just open your browser and go to Deltawifi.com.
  • Once you’re there, follow the instructions on the portal to get connected smoothly.

Delta Wifi Coverage

The availability of Wi-Fi depends on the following two things Aircraft type and Service Provider. Delta Airlines offers Wi-Fi with different coverage by Gogo and Viasat Wi-Fi providers.

If you are booked on connecting flights, you may have multiple Wi-Fi services available to you throughout your travel. You can find the specific service offered on your aircraft below.

Viasat

Available on: 220-300* 319, 320, 321, 737-800, 737-900, 757-200D

Wi-Fi Onboard (formerly Gogo)

Available on: 220-100, 220-300*, 330-200, 330-300, 330-900, 350-900, 717-200, 757-300, 767-300, 767-400, CRJ700, CRJ900, ERJ 170, ERJ 175 

Note: If you already have a Wi-Fi pass or subscription, you can use it on flights with standard Wi-Fi from Viasat and Wi-Fi Onboard. They are rolling out free Wi-Fi for SkyMiles Members with Viasat across their fleet. Plus, there are various Wi-Fi passes and subscriptions available onboard for your convenience.
